When we examine your roof we look at everything around it: deck, fascia, soffit, chimney cap, cricket and flashing. Anything that needs work is listed as an add alternate with its own price, so you choose what goes in.

Every hail hit, pinpointed
Our 4K drone with a 20 MP Hasselblad camera inspects, measures and pinpoints every hail impact and wind damage on your roof, flashing and gutters. It is flown by a licensed drone specialist, and every inspection comes with a report.

Stillwater roofers since 1984
RSI was started by Gary Nasalroad in 1984 in Stillwater. After serving with the Special Forces (Green Beret) and the 82nd Airborne, he studied construction management at Oklahoma State University.
Since then we have installed thousands of roofs in Stillwater, all over Oklahoma and surrounding states. Our crews get the latest manufacturer training, and no job is too small or too large: new roofs, tear-offs, repairs, emergency storm damage and annual inspections.

How much more is metal or tile?
Compared to a 30-year architectural shingle: exposed fastener metal 2–3 times, standing seam 4–6 times, clay tile or slate 9–15 times.
Gary, what's your roof if money were no object?

What do people forget about?

Are gutters included in the estimate?
Only if you ask for a quote. We install 5" and 6" seamless gutters, always with oversized downspouts.
